Manage your plan

Everything about your plan lives under Account, Plan & billing. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Account, then Plan & billing.

Upgrade to Pro

1. Open Plan & billing.
2. Pick a size and monthly or yearly. The price shows next to your choice.
3. Press Upgrade to Pro. A secure checkout page opens, run by Stripe, our payment provider.
4. Enter your card and your billing address, and accept the terms. VAT is added for your country.

Pro starts the moment the payment goes through, and the first month's credits are in your account straight away. You can also start from the pricing page with Get Pro.

Change your size or switch between monthly and yearly

Press Change plan on Plan & billing. The change is made on Stripe's page and you come back to Yorki afterwards.

• A larger size starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period now, and this period's credits rise to the new size straight away.
• A smaller size starts at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then you keep the size you have.
• Monthly to yearly starts at once, with the unused part of the month counted towards the year.
• Yearly to monthly starts at the end of the year you already paid for.

If you have an extra cloud, remove it before you change the size or the interval, then add it again afterwards. The change page cannot handle both at once.

Cancel your plan

Press Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and Plan & billing shows the day it ends. Changed your mind? Press Cancel changes before that day and nothing ends.

When the plan ends:

• Your account moves to Free, with Free's monthly credits.
• Your Pro credits, including rolled-over and bought ones, wait for a Pro plan until they expire.
• Your published apps stay online and your data is kept.
• If you had extra clouds, the newest clouds beyond Free's one are paused. Their data is kept, and they start again when you are back on Pro with room for them.

Come back to Pro

Upgrade again from Plan & billing at any time. Pro credits that have not expired yet are yours to spend again. The price is the one shown that day.

A complimentary plan

Accounts that joined during the alpha were given Pro at no cost and show Pro · complimentary. Nothing is charged and nothing ends, and its credits arrive on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe to a Pro size, the complimentary plan ends and the paid one takes over; from then on your credits arrive on the day of the month the paid plan started.
