Question 1

What is a credit

Accepted Answer

Credits count the work Yorki does for each request. A first build takes more than a small edit. The credits page shows what each request used, and a request that does not deliver costs nothing.

Question 2

Do unused credits carry over

Accepted Answer

On Pro, yes. Unused credits roll over for one month on a monthly plan, or until one month after the end of a yearly plan. On Free they do not: the allowance resets on the first day of each month.

Question 3

Does hosting or the cloud cost credits

Accepted Answer

No. Hosting, publishing, your app's database, file storage and user sign-in come with every plan and never use credits.

Question 4

What does the limited-time price mean

Accepted Answer

$11.99 a month, or $119.90 a year, for 100 credits is a launch price available for a limited time. Once you subscribe it stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break. The list price starts at $15 a month or $150 a year.

Question 5

Is there a yearly plan

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Pro size has a yearly price, two months free compared with paying monthly: $119.90 a year for 100 credits.

Question 6

Can I get more credits

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro comes in sizes from 100 to 5,000 credits a month, chosen on the Pro card above; from 200 credits a month the price per credit drops, by up to 17% on the best size. Pro can also top up credits on demand when a month runs short. Every size and every top-up is paid in advance.

Question 7

Can I publish more than one app

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both plans include unlimited published apps, each on its own free yorki.app address.

Question 8

Will I be billed for usage

Accepted Answer

Never. Plans are paid in advance and Yorki never bills you after the fact for usage.
