Credit top-ups

When a month runs short, Pro can add credits on top of the plan's monthly credits. Top-ups are paid once and never renew.

Buy a top-up

1. Open Account, Plan & billing.
2. Under Credits, choose how many credits to add.
3. Press the Add button. A checkout page opens, with VAT added for your country.

Credits cost $0.15 each. The sizes are 50 ($7.50), 100 ($15), 250 ($37.50), 500 ($75), 1,000 ($150) and 2,000 ($300). The credits are in your account as soon as the payment goes through.

How top-up credits are used

• They last 12 months from the day you buy them.
• The credits that expire first are spent first, so your monthly credits are used before a top-up when they end sooner.
• They are Pro credits. If your plan ends they wait, and come back if you return to Pro before they expire.
• Top-ups need Pro. On Free, upgrade to get more credits each month. See Manage your plan.

Automatic top-up

Pro can top up by itself when the balance runs low, charged to the card your plan uses. Turn it on under Credits, Automatic top-up and choose:

• When: the balance it waits for.
• How much: the size of each top-up.
• A monthly limit: the most it may spend in a calendar month.

When you switch it on it starts with below 10 credits, add 100 credits, at most $50 a month, and you can change each number. It charges only when it runs, and never twice within ten minutes. If the card is declined, Yorki emails you and automatic top-up pauses for 7 days. You can still add credits by hand meanwhile.

AI request packs

AI requests are what the AI inside your apps uses, separate from credits. If your apps need more than your plan includes each month, buy a pack under AI requests, Buy AI requests: 100 for $4.99, 500 for $19.99 and 2,000 for $69.99.

Packs are open to every plan, Free included, and the requests in them never expire. Your plan's monthly AI requests are used first. See AI in your app.
